I’m a physiotherapist & overseas trained osteopath with more than 10 years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and pain management.
My clinical approach is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. After experiencing a stroke in my early 30s, I came to understand recovery not just from a clinician’s perspective, but from inside the patient experience – the fear, the fatigue, the frustration, and the small wins that matter most.
I now work with people navigating stroke, FND, Parkinson’s, MS, persistent pain, and complex postural or movement conditions. I also support clients with musculoskeletal issues who want clear, honest treatment without over-medicalisation or false promises.
My treatment style is hands-on, functional, and focused. I don’t follow generic protocols, I meet you where you are, help you understand what’s going on, and work with you to move forward, one session at a time.
