Healthy Movement Healthcare was established in 2017 by Xavier Paredes, a local who grew up in the surrounding areas of Dandenong. With a deep understanding of the community and its cultural diversity, Xavier is proud to be working with individuals from all backgrounds, promoting one unifying goal—getting the community moving and living healthier lives.

Our clinic is conveniently located within Dandenong Oasis, positioned at the rear of the facility next to the hydrotherapy pool. As the only resident allied health clinic within the centre, we are uniquely placed to offer our patients and program participants access to a wide range of health and fitness amenities. These include our private consultation space, the commercial gym, group fitness studios, and the hydrotherapy pool—all accessible while under our care. This integrated setting allows us to deliver comprehensive, movement-focused healthcare in a welcoming and well-equipped environment.
