Charlie Haddad is a well-respected physiotherapist with over 24 years experience. Since 2005, he has been the owner of Canterbury-Bankstown Physiotherapy and has developed an excellent rapport with doctors and leading specialists around Sydney.
In 2000, Charlie graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in physiotherapy. He is skilled in manual therapy where most of his treatment modalities consist of “hands on” techniques. Muscle Energy techniques and Thoracic Ring approach are used frequently when assessing and treating patients. He has a strong emphasis on promoting patient care to allow maximum function for each individual.
Given his keen interests in sport, he has been affiliated with the rehabilitation of a number of elite sports persons and sporting teams. Some of these teams include, Western Sydney Wanderers (ALeague), Sydney Olympic (NSL), Blacktown Premier League, St George Premier League, Sydney Flames (WNBL), Belmore United Soccer Club and Sydney Bulls Rugby League. As a result, he has a special interest in the treatment of young and developing soccer players, dancers/gymnasts, golfers and triathletes. He also has a passion for working with young athletes whose bodies are developing and changing and providing them with a strength and conditioning program which will allow them to continue to perform at the highest level.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children. He is a co-founding member of Mates On A Mission (MOAM), a charitable association helping kids and families with terminal illness. He believes that giving to people less fortunate than himself is a way of showing appreciation for his own healthy life.
Belinda Paris, Physiotherapist
Belinda graduated from the University Of Sydney in 2013 with both a Bachelors degree in Health Science and a Masters degree in Physiotherapy.
After working in various hospitals around Sydney gaining valuable experience Belinda pursued a career in private practise specialising in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Sports was always an area that Belinda enjoyed and this lead her to building a budding sports career working for various soccer clubs such as Sydney Olympic as well as the NSW Athletics and currently the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs.
Belinda is passionate about rehabilitating her patients using a mixture of both manual therapies and tailor-made exercise programs, incorporating both pilates and strength based techniques, to empower and give her patients the tools they need to achieve their desired goals.
