Joyful Reformer Pilates! My name is Helen and I run private reformer Pilates sessions from my studio in Lower Wattle Grove. I am an experienced movement practitioner, having previously worked as an Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Applied Science – Human Movement and Certificate IV in Matwork and Reformer Pilates, and I am here to guide you through movement (and moments of stillness) that leave you feeling empowered (and joyful) from head to toe.
