Clinical Index Holdings shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of services provided by the referred physiotherapists, clinics or businesses.
By using the referral service, you acknowledge and accept that Clinical Index Holdings is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or services of the referred clients, and that any engagement with such clients is undertaken at your own risk. You remain entirely responsible for all health records and regulatory compliance requirements, as well as directly managing the client relationship, including payment.
